Event Management Packages (Bangladesh)

- Sound system with mic (basic setup): Two speakers with microphone support for speeches or background music.
- Event day coordination (1 coordinator): A dedicated person to manage event flow, vendor communication, and troubleshoot issues.
- Basic lighting: Ambient and spot lighting to enhance event atmosphere.
- Seating arrangement: Neatly organized chairs with covers, basic table setup if required.
- Welcome banner or standee: Customized printed welcome sign at the entrance.
- Photography (2 hours, 1 photographer): Professional still photography covering key moments.
- Food catering coordination: Assistance with setup and timing of food service based on client-selected menu.
2. Standard Package (Full Event Setup)
Target: Mid-range clients
Suitable for: Medium-scale weddings, receptions, corporate events
Price Range: BDT 1,50,000 – 5,00,000
Recommended for: 100–300 guests

- Venue booking assistance: Help finding and booking a venue that fits client needs and budget.
- Thematic decoration (floral, lights, drapes): Custom themes with coordinated drapery, fresh/artificial flowers, and creative lighting.
- Sound and DJ setup: High-quality audio setup with professional DJ for entertainment and announcements.
- Event planning and coordination: End-to-end event scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-the-day management.
- Photography + Videography (4 hours): Capturing both photos and HD video highlights.
- Catering (with 2-3 menu options): Arranging trusted catering partners with varied food packages and serving staff.
- LED screen or projector setup: AV setup for presentations, live feeds, or video highlights.
- Guest welcome service: Trained staff to welcome and guide guests upon arrival.
- Basic invitation card design (digital): Simple, elegant e-invite customized with event details.

3. Premium Package (All-Inclusive Experience)

Suitable for: Large weddings, gala dinners, product launches
Price Range: BDT 5,00,000 – 15,00,000+
Recommended for: 300–1000+ guests

- Full event concept development: Unique event theme, storyline, and layout tailored to client’s vision.
- Designer stage & premium decoration: Bespoke stage design using luxury materials, LED walls, chandeliers, and floral installations.
- Branded theme design (for corporate): Incorporation of corporate branding in all elements (banners, slides, colors).
- Celebrity or live performance booking (optional): Hiring entertainment talents like singers, dancers, or celebrity hosts.
- Full media coverage (photo + video + drone): Cinematic video with drone footage and edited photo album.
